Dakle, naslednik EM5 koji...

Supposedly the headlining feature of the new camera will be a “sensor-shift” shooting mode, which will purportedly allow the Olympus OMD EM5 Mk II’s rumored 16MP sensor to stitch together eight frames into a single high-resolution 40MP image. From the sounds of it the technology seems to be very similar to that of the Hasselblad H5D-200c MC, which can take six 50MP frames and combined them into one glorious humongous 200MP image.
Early reports suggest that the sensor will also be equipped with phase detection auto focus and will be Olympus’ first serious camera capable of 4K video recording. The Olympus OMD EM5 Mk II has also been said to feature a slightly redesigned body compared to the current model.

Nikon Rumors i Camera News kažu da će Nikon predstaviti novi high-end krop aparat, D9300, koji će biti pravi naslednik D300/s, i to u "leto 2014". Leto prolazi, ali...ima šanse da se glasine obistine.
Da li bi taj model mogao da potakne Canon da predstavi 7D MkII? Po meni teško, ako ga već nisu razvili, ako nemaju postavljenu liniju proizvodnje i spreman marketing. Lično ne mislim da čekaju Nikon da podstakne konkurenciju, već će 7D MkII, ako ga imaju na "lageru", izbaciti na tržište ako procene da će od njega imati profit koji očekuju. Kakve bi mogle biti specifikacije jednog i drugog za sada fantomskog aparata, kakva poboljšanja bi mogla da budu ugrađena?

According to a new source Fujifilm decided to put a Full Frame sensor into the X-PRO2.

The source said that existing XF lenses won’t fit on on the new Full Frame X-PRO2. Therefore new FF Fujinon lenses will be offered (initially 3-5) and rest will be Leica lenses via a detachable mount.

Another anonymous source confirmed the rumor of yesterday saying that “the information you have on X-PRO1S being scrapped is correct. The X-PRO2 would be available around 6months after any X-PRO1S which is why it was stopped”.

Until now it’s all unconfirmed, so please take it with a tiny grain of salt.

There aren’t any breaks on the Canon Patent train. Egami spotted a new slew of patents suggesting the Japanese camera company is looking into image stabilized macro lenses. If the patents ring true, image stabilization could come to the 100mm f2.8 L (a new version), 180mm f3.5, 200mm f3.5, and 300 f 3.5 macro lenses. On top of adding a set of motion sensors to detect vibrations during exposures the 180mm f3.5 could get a lot heftier with 18 elements in 14 groups.

In another set of patents spotted by Egami, Canon could have plans to produce new f2.8 versions of the popular 16-35mm and 17-40mm wide-angle zoom lenses. Canon already has a Canon EF 16-35mm f2.8L II USM Lens, but for the 17-40mm f4 L it could be a serious aperture upgrade letting it bring in a one full stop of light. Of course both lenses, wide open speaking, still won’t be able to hold a candle to the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8.

Nikon has issued a worldwide technical service bulletin regarding 'dust' issues on its D600 DSLRs.

In a surprising development (ahem...) Nikon says that it has evaluated user reports and has 'determined' that spots on the sensor are caused by dust particles which are visible in images taken in certain situations. The company will be offering all D600 owners a full inspection, cleaning, and replacement of the shutter mechanism in their cameras, free of charge and regardless of whether the original warrantee has expired.

It's easy to be cynical, but it's good to see this widely-reported issue being officially acknowledged and finally dealt with in a meaningful way. The full statement is below and you can click the link to read it on Nikon's US site.

Sve fotografije su JPEG direktno iz aparata bez ikakve obrade sem risajzovanja i korekcije distorzija. Što se stakla tiče, apsolutno sam zadovoljan, pre svega zbog slobode koju pruža, a pošto ja ne volim da sa sobom vučem stativ, bliceve, tonu stakala, ovo je za mene dar s neba. Kvalitet fotografija je odličan za moje potrebe, distorzije su izražene na 18 mm, fantastičan 15x zum, a što se kvaliteta izrade tiče, zadovoljan sam. Po netu se priča o problematičnom zumu preko 150mm, ali nisam imao takvih problema. Nije weather sealed, ali sam ga nosio na +45, po vlazi, kiši, jakom jugu i buri, i nije bilo problema. Ovo je definitivno moja vrsta stakla i jedva čekam neki test 16-300...

Neki bi ga nazvali kit objektivom, početničkim objektivom, drljavim kit objektivom, kitardom...no, pošto se dobija uz aparat, predstavlja jako dobru osnovu za svakodnevno fotografisanje i učenje i iskustvo koje se svakodnevnim slikanjem dobija. Pritom ne mislim samo na "neobavezne" šetnje, već na svakodnevno slikanje što više fotografija jer se jedino tako dobija iskustvo. Jedna od mana, da tako kažem, jeste prilično ograničen raspon koji se kreće od UWA 18 do nekog osrednjeg zuma od 55mm, ali upravo zbog tog raspona, predstavlja jako dobru osnovu za kupovinu sledećeg objektiva, jer upravo korišćenjem njegovog raspona korisnik može uvideti, posle nekog vremena, koje mu žižne daljine nedostaju-dali UWA, da li telefoto, ili makro...

Iz mog iskustva mogu da potvrdim da objektiv poseduje prilično ujednačen kvalitet slike duž celog raspona, naravno, u okvirima svoje klase. Sistem optičke stabilizacije je prilično, rekao bih i vrlo efikasan, sve dok se koristi u uslovima dobrog svetla; na svetlu tipa uličnog osvetljenja posle sumraka ili nešto slabijeg svetla u zatvorenom prostoru već iziskuje izuzetno mirnu ruku ili stativ. Konstrukcija je potpuno plastična, mada ne bih rekao da je osećaj u ruci "jeftin". Nije zaštićen od vremenskih uslova, mada sam ga ja nosio napolju po slaboj kiši, snegu i minusu i nisam imao nikakvih problema. Makro/close-up osobine su, rekao bih, sasvim solidne, opet, za klasu kojoj pripada.

Uskoro sledi nekoliko fotografija rađenih tim staklom na aparatima D60 i D5000 u različitim uslovima.
