Neka od rjesenja:
Then System
Then Device Manager
Scroll down the list of devices until you come to USB controller
First try: DISABLE it.
Then Re-enable it
That may fix it.
If that doesn't work:
UNINSTALL it
Turn off machine, reboot
Plug and Play will detect a new USB controller
It will search for a driver (and find it)
It will reinstall the driver
Should be fixed.

2]Go to System and Security
3]Go to Device Manager
4]Click Universal Serial Bus Controllers
5]Right click the USB
6]Click Uninstall
then Reboot computer while pendrive is inserted in USB
Then connect to the internet.

When you connect to the internet if the said USB is empty
(i.e. no device is inserted in it) they install the device
eventhough the device is not present, causing the said error.
Malo sam opsiran, ali to su rjesenja koja rade, ono sto meni nije jasno, kako je moguce da ne radi na oba compa? Mozda imas kakav simpa virus na aparatu
Od zene mi je skoro bio brat pa mi je s aparatom ''ubio'' sistem, glupi windows
zato sam sad na linuxu a windows je tu samo zbgo PS-a i AE-a
