Nikon je saopštio da određene serije punjivih En-EL15 Litijum-Jonskih baterija za modele D7000 i D800/D800E imaju određenih problema sa pregrevanjem.

Kako prepoznati da li je baterija iz defektne serije?

-Pronaći unikatni serijski broj na poleđini baterije:



-proveriti deveti karakter serijskog broja:


Ukoliko je deveti karakter slovo E ili F, onda bateriju treba zameniti kod zvaničnog distributera, pošto postoji mogućnost da je defektna. Problem se NE ODNOSI na EN-EL15 baterije koje su isporučene sa D7000 i V1 modelima kupljenim PRE 29.Februara 2012 ili na posebno kupljene baterije pre tog datuma!

Jedna interesantna alatka na koju sam upravo naleteo... služi za virtuelno pozicioniranje studijske rasvete u odnosu na ljudsku figuru, kako bi se interaktivno pratio njen uticaj. Na raspolaganju je trodimenzionalno pozicioniranje do 6 izvora svetla u nekoliko varijanti, sa mogućnošću modifikacije njihove snage.

Možda nije upotrebljiva za sve, ali barem početnicima u studijskom radu može dati neku ideju oko toga kakva se priroda svetla može postići u raznim varijantama, bez da moraju sebi da obezbede tonu opreme, pre nego što zaista dođu do zaključka šta im realno treba. :)

Već godinama trtljam da će video sahraniti foto funkcije u aparatima i polako ali sigurno se pokazuje da sam bio u pravu. Ne samo ja, naravno... mnogi su govorili o takvom scenariju, a sada se obistinjuje.

Očigledno je da ubrzan razvoj videa na DSLR-ovima, tradicionalnim fotografima donosi samo nevolje, jer se sva poboljšanja profilišu i podređuju videografima. Ne bih ja imao ništa protiv da ta (video) poboljšanja donose dobrobiti, bez negativnog uticaja na fotografiju. Ali na žalost, nije tako.

Svedoci smo da (barem Canon) u poslednje vreme aparati kasne, pokazuju probleme dugo nakon promocije, na prvim zvaničnim prezentacijama bivaju prikazani u nefunkcionalnom stanju i početak njihove prodaje se besomučno prolongira.

Treba li reći - 5D Mark III, 24-70L II, 200-400, 24 f/2.8 IS, 28 f/2.8 IS... Jedan za drugim, fail do faila se niže, a video? Pa samo da video bude "die beste"!  >:(

Advanced performance meets creative flexibility

Based on the core specifications of the EOS-1D X, the EOS-1D C provides exceptional image quality and versatility, with an 18.1-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor. Optimised for high quality video capture, the sensor provides video professionals with the freedom to adjust image resolution to suit a subject or desired output. During 4K shooting pixels are cropped to an area equivalent to an APS-H sensor, preventing the need to resize or scale the image, ensuring maximum image quality. Additionally, a Super 35mm crop in Full HD recording caters for cinematographers who typically work in the Super 35mm field of view.

Neki se verovatno sećaju da je Canon pre dosta godina predstavio model EOS 20Da, koji je bio specijalno prilagođen upotrebi u astronomiji, a važi za prvi DSLR sa mogućnošću kadriranja pomoću displeja (Live-view; živi prikaz), iako su neki proizvođači to pokušali da prigrabe za sebe. :)

Posle skoro 10 godina, Canon je rešio da osveži (u tim uskim krugovima) vrlo popularan aparat, modifikacijom postojećeg EOS-a 60D. Evo i zvaničnog saopštenja povodom toga:

Jedan zanimljiv tutorial koji detaljno objašnjava proceduru uklanjanja moare efekta (fr: moiré) sa fotografija, što postaje aktuelno sa pojavom Nikona D800, odnosno njegove "E" podverzije, kojoj je AA filter značajno oslabljen zarad postizanja veće oštrine.

TIMELINE

Kralj je mrtav! Živeo kralj!

Poznata srednjevekovna fraza očigledno nema preterane veze sa situacijom u foto-industriji, ali možemo reći da idealno ilustruje smenu na rezolucijskom tronu kojoj prisustvujemo ovih nedelja. Da li je ovo vesnik nekih novih prilika, ostaje da se vidi. Zasad su reflektori upereni u novog vladara maloformatnih DSLR-ova, a prvi utisci govore da bi on mogao načisto da poremeti poimanje rezolucijskog rasta kao otežavajućeg faktora u pogledu održanja kvaliteta snimaka dobijenih Bayer-ovim senzorima. I ne... nije u pitanju Canon!

Ne mali broj puta smo na ovim stranicama stidljivo pominjali teoriju koja kaže da dva najveća rivala, titana foto-industrije, svoje suparništvo grade na međusobnim dogovorima iza kulisa. Canonov EOS 7D je bio jedan od retkih argumenta protiv takve teorije, budući da je direktno udario na Nikonov D300. Međutim, sumnje su ubrzo obnovljene, pošto pravi naslednik D300 nije stigao, uprkos godinama koje su u međuvremenu prošle. I taman kada zaboravimo na tu priču, japanski dvojac nam dâ povoda da je opet rehabilitujemo. Tako legenda živi i dalje, a nedavna dešavanja što sa jedne, što sa druge strane suparničkog nišana, upravo idu u prilog ideji da je spoljna fasada samo jedan deo priče, te da se tajming određenih, vrlo ozbiljnih prekretnica u poslovnoj politici obe kompanije, jednostavno previše precizno uklapa da bismo to mogli podvesti pod puku slučajnost.

I zaista – kako drugačije objasniti koncepcijsku rokadu koju upravo gledamo ovih dana? Kralj visoke rezolucije – Canon, preko noći je rešio da svojim korisnicima ponudi sopstvenu, dugo očekivanu varijantu Nikonovog D700 pod imenom EOS 5D Mark III, dok je Nikon uradio potpuno suprotnu stvar, ustanovivši novu klasu pod imenom D800(E), žrtvovavši višegodišnju mantru o low-light performansama zarad veoma krupnog rezolucijskog unapređenja. Iako svojim imenom D800 sugeriše da predstavlja sukcesora izuzetno popularnog D700, on to ni izbliza nije, što je potvrđeno i od strane samog proizvođača.

Prvi put Nikon je ponudio 35mm aparat izuzetno visoke rezolucije za cenu manju od one za koju se može kupiti nov auto niže kategorije. Sama rezolucija od monstruoznih 36 MP je velika i u apsolutnim okvirima, a kamoli u poređenju sa onim što je već na tržištu! Ono što je posebno zanimljivo je činjenica da je ovo prvi put da Nikon uleće u klasu kojom već godinama suvereno vlada konkurentski EOS 5D Mark II. Da sve bude još zanimljivije, Canon zasad ne pruža praktično nikakve signale da će predstaviti naslednika svog naprodavanijeg Full-frame aparata u aromi koju su korisnici 5D Mark II očekivali. Umesto toga, dobili su 5D Mark III koji ima vrlo malo veze sa onim što je 5D kao klasa godinama predstavljao. Tako smo došli u situaciju da Canon konačno ima svoju verziju D700, dok je Nikon prvi put ponudio sopstveni stokerski san – D800 (E).

Već nekoliko godina se verni Nikon korisnici nadaju nekom D700x modelu, koji bi koncepcijski ispratio ono što smo tek sada dobili sa D800, samo u 24MP aromi, nasleđenoj iz top modela D3x. Očigledno su u Nikonu, odlukom da ne ponude ono što tržište želi, na sve načine nastojali da izbegnu scenario koji je Canon dopustio predstavivši 5D Mark II i tako ugrozivši flagship modela EOS-1Ds Mark III. Koliko je ta odluka bila mudra, pokazaće vreme. Tek, ako je suditi po analizama prodaje, odnosno tržišnog uspeha 5D Mark II, poslednje za čim Canon treba da žali je prodaja najskupljeg modela, jer je pomenuta „petica“ oborila sve moguće i nemoguće rekorde prodaje jednog FF DSLR-a.

Da li se i Nikon može nadati sličnom uspehu? Teško je reći. Kao što to obično biva kada su veliki koraci u pitanju, D800 nije aparat za svakoga. Čak i oni koji su ciljna grupa, imaće izvesnih poteškoća u odabiru prave verzije, jer je ovo jedan od retkih serijskih modela koji se isporučuje u dve varijante. Jedna konvencionalna, označena kao D800, dok je drugu prati sufiks „E“ u nazivu, a označava (po specifikacijama) potpuno identičan aparat, ali „bez“ Low-pass (AA; Anti-aliasing) filtera. Kakve su realne implikacije ovog zahvata koji je uobičajen u svetu srednjeformatnih (MF; Medium Format) profesionalnih tela, ostaje da vidimo, a činjenica je da je D800 (E) prvi klasični DSLR koji (po onome što ćete u nastavku videti) pretenduje da pomrsi račune prilično suverenim MF igračima. Da li ovo znači prekretnicu po pitanju budućnosti foto-industrije ili samo previše krupan zalogaj, ostaje da vidimo...



PAR DETALJA

Nije baš uobičajena situacija da novo telo nemamo sa čime da uporedimo. A sa D800(E) je baš takav slučaj. Kako on nije direktan naslednik D700 (iako ime ukazuje da jeste), poređenje sa već čuvenim „sportistom“ ne bi bilo svrsishodno. Zato ćemo pogledati samo specifikacije D800, odnosno njegove „E“ podverzije, koju ćemo i predstaviti u ovom kratkom prikazu (mada, sve rečeno za jedan, važi i za drugi):

Trebao mi je neki povod za probu EXIF-a, koji bi trebao da je rešen (primetio Zoran Rodić, a uspešno rešio Vojislav! Hvala obojici!), pa ću u ovoj temi da ređam fotografije članova mojeg malog krda, neke sadašnje, neke bivše i tako...

Prvu ste videli, akter je Tigar (dobio ime zbog karakterističnog hoda i pruga koje asociraju na velikog mu rođaka) ;D:

Evo jednog zanimljivog portfolija čoveka koji se zove Erik Johansson, šveđanina nastanjenog u Nemačkoj. Inače je fotograf, a bavi se i retuširanjem.

Iako ja više volim čistu fotografiju, bez foto-manipulacije, ponekad je zaista zabavno videti kakve ideje ljudi imaju, i s kojom ih spretnošću mogu pretvoriti u praktično foto-realistične radove, kod kojih jedino sam razum otkriva da su krivotvoreni ili montirani, kako vam drago.

S obzirom da ovo daleko prevazilazi banalno "fotošopiranje" kakvo često srećemo na netu, Erik zaslužuje da njegove radove vidi širi auditorijum. :)

Za birokrate i razne državne službenike, političare, analitičare i slične "stručnjake", oduvek važi pravilo da prosipaju frazeraj, umesto da kažu nešto konkretno. Sposobni da satima dave posmatrače svojim mega-umnim rečenicama, u nekome možda izazivaju i respekt. Kod većine izazivaju samo prezir.

Sad su i konačno provaljeni! Procureo je njihov priručnik, pa i mi možemo da se podučimo ovom drevnom zanatu! ;D

Potrebno je da samo pratite ova uputstva, prilagođena predškolskom uzrastu (tako je nastao nepotizam - mladunci ovo nauče napamet i već su sposobni da naslede svoje pretke)! :screaming:

These applications will also benefit from the large depth-of-field, which provides a wide range of image sharpness from close-up up to infinity.

With a close focus of 0.25m (10”) – combined with a wide angle view, photographers can work in tight spaces, while also allowing focus on close-up details. Even at full aperture it achieves outstanding detail rendition and opens up room for extremely imaginative design.


The Distagon T* 2,8/15 incorporates two aspheric lenses and special types of glass material with abnormal partial dispersion to provide an extraordinary correction of chromatic aberration. A floating elements design guarantees high image quality from close-focus through infinity. Like the other SLR lenses in the ZE and ZF.2 series, stray light and reflections are well controlled by the Carl Zeiss T* anti-reflective coating and the sophisticated treatment of the lens element edges with special light absorbing paint.

The robust all-metal barrel of the Distagon T* 2,8/15 is designed for decades of reliable service. A long focus rotation and buttery-smooth action is perfect for photographers who want to take control of their picture making, as well as for filmmakers looking for superior focus control. A nine blade aperture provides a nearly circular opening, producing natural looking out of focus details.

"Malo" mu je jaka cena... možda. Ali zato ima filter! Jes' da se ne sećam kad sam u toj dimenziji video bilo šta osim UV filtera, al' nema veze :D

DPR je opet u rekordnom roku izbacio Hand-on-preview novog aparata, pre nego što je iko i znao da dotični postoji. :)

Elem, radi se o još jednom u nizu Sony-jevih SLT (Single-Lens Translucent) aparata koji odudaraju od standardne SLR konstrukcije, a umesto pokretnog imaju fiksno ogledalo, koje nepomično stoji ispred senzora, a pošto je poluprovidno ("translucent"), veći deo svetlosti propušta direktno na senzor, dok oko 30% reflektuje na fazni AF senzor.

Poenta ovakvog rešenja je u obezbeđivanju kontinualnog fokusa metodom fazne detekcije, prevashodno tokom snimanja videa, jer isti zahteva da "živi prikaz" (live view) bude non-stop aktivan, a kod konvencionalnih DSLR-ova fazni fokus nije na raspolaganju, jer je ogledalo podignuto.



U svakom slučaju, novi aparat je naslednik relativno novog A-55, a specifikacije su sledeće:

E sad, šta je ovde interesantno?

Aj' što su neki komentatori u svojim internim testovima utvrdili da isti senzor u NEX-5n daje više detalja i manje šuma od SLT-a sa istim senzorom (kao što sam više puta pisao o tome, razlog je upravo to ogledalo, koje jede i svetlo i razlučivost; ali dobro, neki nasedaju na marketing), nego što Sony opet pomera granice u pametovanju oko toga ko bi trebao da koristi mozak tokom fotografisanja. Pojašnjavanje nema smisla, pored već sažvakanog DPR-ovog članka:

Continuing the camera's beginner-friendly theme, the A57 gains an 'Auto Portrait Framing' mode that will try to re-crop images containing faces, if it thinks there's a better portrait image to be had from it. Based on a combination of face detection and the rule-of-thirds, Auto Portrait Framing will identify where the subject's eyes are and crop the image, to put the eyes one third of the way down the frame.

This crop frame is shown on the rear display, just after you've taken your picture, so that you can see how the camera thinks you should have composed the shot. It then takes the cropped region of the photo and resizes it back up to full resolution and saves this resized image alongside your original one. The system will attempt to leave more of the background image on the side that the subject is facing, so that you don't end up with pictures of people staring into the edge of the frame.

Asocijacija potrošačkih organizacija Srbije APOS pozvala je danas potrošače u Srbiji da 15. marta, na Svetski dan potrošača, ne kupe nijedan litar goriva, u znak protesta što je cena goriva od početka godine porasla za 10 odsto.

To znači povećanje cena od čak pet odsto na mesečnom nivou, jer niko ne želi da se odrekne ogromnog dela dobiti, bilo kroz akcize i poreze, bilo kroz marže i zato neka Svetski dan potrošača bude dan kada će sve benzinske pumpe biti prazne - makar na jedan dan, poručuje APOS.

"Razumemo i svetsku krizu i rast cena sirove nafte na svetskom tržištu, ali ne možemo i nećemo da razumemo sopstvenu državu i trgovce naftnim derivatima koji nemaju nimalo sluha za običnog potrošača", navode u toj organizaciji.

Pozivajući građane na bojkot kupovine goriva, APOS je ukazao da se tako pokazuje odgovornost, solidarnost i što je najvažnije - spremnost da se reaguje, jer je to jedini način na koji gradjani mogu da deluju.

"Ovaj poziv znači istovremeno i ispit zrelosti za sve nas, kako bismo razumeli suštinu sopstvene snage kroz organizovano delovanje. Jasna poruka koju ćemo poslati imaće trajne posledice po sve koji kreiraju tržišnu ekonomiju ove zemlje", naveo je APOS.

Doktor me je podsetio na jednu emisiju u kojoj je ispraćen celokupan postupak proizvodnje jednog od najboljih objektiva ikad napravljenih - Canona EF 500mm f/4L IS USM. Snimak nije bog-zna-koliko kvalitetan, ali je svakako ilustrativan.

Posle jedne ovakve "seanse", na trenutak ćete uhvatiti sebe da vam basnoslovne cifre koje proizvođači traže, ponekad i ne deluju toliko sumanuto. Barem na kratko. ;)

Ko voli tehniku, ovo je "must watch" :)

Kao što se verovatno već primetili, forum doživljava metamorfozu u neki drugačiji dizajn, a osim spoljašnje fasade, menja se i ono ispod haube. Kao i svaka radikalna promena i ova za sobom povlači neke probleme, koje ćemo rešavati u hodu.

Uz novi blic, Speedlite 600EX-RT, Canon je danas predstavio i naslednika već poprilično matorog ST-E2, bežičnog okidača E-TTL kompatibilnih bliceva.

Ključna razlika, ako izuzmemo daleko bolji dizajn i user-friendly interfejs preko ugrađenog displeja (stari ga nije posedovao), je u mogućnosti radio komunikacije, ali uz zadržanu funkciju komandovanja preko infracrvenog svetla, tako da je zadržana vertikalna kompatibilnost. Kao i novi blic, novi okidač bliceva je zaptiven, može da do 15 bliceva do razdaljine od ~30m (u radio modu). Kao i 600EX-RT blic, i ovaj ST-E3-RT se može koristiti za okidanje aparata.

Predviđena cena iznosi 320€, što nije značajno skuplje nego što je stari trigger svojevremeno koštao.

The Speedlite 600EX-RT is a high-performance TTL flash unit designed to meet the expanding creative needs of modern professionals. Subjects over a wide range of distances can be lit creatively or evenly exposed, thanks to an increased guide number of 60m*1 and wide lens coverage of 20 – 200m. For wide- angle shots, a diffuser adapter can also reduce the focal length to 14mm and the bounce-and-swivel flash head creates more flattering, shadowless effects. Ideal for shooting portraits, a catch-light panel produces natural catch-lights in the eyes of a subject when shooting with bounce flash. Nekako se oko 5D Mark III digla toliko velika prašina, da premijeru nove Canon opreme skoro niko nije ni primetio, ili barem pomenuo.

DakleM, Canon je predstavio novi high-end blic, pod nazivom Speedlite 600EX-RT. Ovaj blic po mnogo čemu predstavlja pravu mini-revoluciju, i to mnogo veću nego što predstavlja čuvena petica u trećoj iteraciji.

Osim očigledne razlike, vodećeg broja 60 (u Canon nomenklaturi, broj serije je vezan za GN), blic raspolaže zumom 20-200mm, uz mogućnost proširenja na 14mm uz priloženi difuzor. Dimenzije su nešto veće nego ranije (80 x 143 x 125mm), a masa je ostala ista u odnosu na prethodni model (580EX II) - 425g bez, odnosno 525 sa baterijama.

Glavnu razliku predstavlja uvođenje novog standarda u osnovnu opremu Canon high-end bliceva - radio kontrolu, koja izostavlja potrebu za dodatnim okidačima, a dometa je ~30mm, uz zadržanu mogućnost kontrole infracrvenim zracima. Dodatno, ova funkcija omogućava i remote kontrolu aparata.

U paketu sa blicem stiže i komplet kolornih difuzora za korekciju WB-a, a blic je još bolje zaptiven nego prethodnik.

Predviđena je dosta jaka cena od 700€, ali ako uzmemo u obzir da sam blic praktično izostavlja potrebu za naprednim triggerima poput Pocket Wizarda ili Radio Poppersa, računica postaje znatno povoljnija.
