Nikon announces AF-S Nikkor 28mm F1.8 G full-frame wideangle prime

Nikon has announced the AF-S Nikkor 28mm f/1.8 G, a fast wideangle lens for full frame SLRs such as the D800. It uses two aspherical elements in its 11 element / 9 group construction, along with Nano Crystal Coat to combat flare and ghosting. It can also be used on DX format cameras, giving a 42mm-equivalent 'normal' angle of view. It will be available from the end of May 2012 at a suggested retail price of $699.95.

(April 19, 2012) – Today, Nikon Inc. announced the wide-angle AF-S NIKKOR 28mm f/1.8G, a fixed focal length lens with a large maximum aperture to carry on the legacy of superior NIKKOR imaging technology for enthusiasts and professionals. With a large maximum aperture of f/1.8 and Nikon's exclusive Nano Crystal Coat to reduce ghost and flare, the 28mm FX-format lens offers stunning sharpness and versatility for both photos and HD video.

Pa tek sad dolazi do izrazaja vrhunska glupost Canona ... Canon 28mm f2.8 IS za 800 dolara, evra ... cega li ono bese uopste, i zaboravih.

Pa nije to najgluplje... još je gluplje što Canon u svojoj kuhinji već ima EF 28mm f/1.8 USM za manje od 500€. Aktuelan i dobar objektiv, odlične izrade, sa internim fokusom itd, itd...

Ako gledamo po Canonu, cena možda jeste pristojna, međutim, ako gledamo realno, cena je prenaduvana. Takva stakla nemaju razloga da koštaju više od polovine najavljene cene. Da je to 1.4 objektiv, pa i nekako. Ovako, to je preskupo, bez razloga, osim ako ne pričamo o praćenju trendova koje nameće konkurencija.
EDIT: Izgleda sam sve vreme baratao pogrešnom informacijom. Tek sad vidim da je zvanično najavljena cena od 699$, što je u stvari sasvim pristojno.
Ništa, još jednom u par meseci mogu da kažem samo - HAIL NIKON!

Uf, nisam bas siguran u to, lepa je to kolekcija objektiva ;D
Sve ce se to okrenuti za 180 stepeni za godinu-dve, i tako u nedogled.

Šala mala, srećom Canon ima u ponudi dovoljno odličnih aparata i stakala da zadrži svoje korisnike u taboru. Mišljenja sam da je kurs koji izabran sa petardom III i ostalim, podilaženje trendu opšte debilizacije mase potrošača koja hoće rezultate bez truda i da za male/iste pare dobije i dobar aparat i dobru kameru.

Ja mogu da vam se pridružim, ali bez napuštanja stada. Ono - dvojno državljanstvo. :D
Mnogo kila u rancu me drži na Canonu dovoljno da mogu bezbrižno da preguram i godine, bez da razmišljam o potpunom prelasku. Jer, teško da će mi žuti momci obezbediti neke stvari bez nemerljivo većeg ulaganja. Za mene je to zatvorena priča u startu. Telo je prolazno... stakla - jok. 8)
